"Welcome" Sign Greets Hip Sing Tong

The Hip Sing Association was one of a number of organizations that played an important role in organizing Chinese American communities socially, politically, and economically. In Spokane, the Hip Sing Tong (later Association) had its headquarters at 323 Trent Alley and was one of the more influential Chinese organizations in the city.
