This directory for the Spokane area Hip Sing Association lists individual members along with their membership dues. One of the enduring functions of the Hip Sing organization was to ensure proper burial for its members by helping to fund transport of bodies back to China and later to assist with burial in the states. Both the Fairmount and Greenwood cemeteries in Spokane contain plots funded by the organization.
