Volume 2, Number 7 of the African-American Voice newspaper.

The African-American Voice was a newspaper that ran from June 1996 to December 2000. It was published by Robert Lloyd, and staffed by a team of about 20 volunteers, including the founding editor Alfred Mutua. The newspaper was originally conceived of as a newsletter for the African-American Men’s Youth Empowerment Group, a local group created after the 1995 Million Man March. It reported on events and topics within the regional and national African-American community.
